1. Production Time

All our products are made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to print, quality-check, and package your items before they are shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, our flat-rate shipping and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and do not include the production period. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your local customs processing and postal service efficiency.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.

4. International Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. VELINOR GLOBAL does not collect or control these fees.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at delavegalivigni6147@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you in arranging a replacement.
